Online Orders
By placing an Order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
IF - inti ferreira, herewith designated as IF , representing the brand inti ferreira offers articles for online sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from the premises of IF in The Netherlands. Nonetheless all Orders are subject to confirmation of the Order price and delivery time.
Online Orders must be placed through inti ferreira's web boutique, operated by IF and accessible from inti ferreira's website at www.intiferreira.eu . IF does not accept Orders placed by e-mail, letter, phone or fax. Online purchases through inti ferreira's web boutique are for end consumers, i.e., natural persons, who complete a legal transaction that is neither for commercial purpose nor for independent professional activity. IF reserves the right to refuse Orders for multiple quantities of an article ordered by a single customer and shipped to one postal address.
Occasionally, IF may be temporary out of stock at its premises in The Netherlands for a particular article size. Should this be the case, then the customer may contact IF and after confirmation that an advance purchase for that article is possible, he/she will be offered the possibility to perform an advance payment for the corresponding advance purchase. This option shall guarantee that the customer's purchase will be given high priority and will be dispatched either as soon as stock is refilled at IF main premises or from an inti ferreira retailer member of the inti ferreira Online Boutiques program (IFOB). IF shall only accept advance purchase Orders for articles/sizes whose stock has been scheduled for refilling. The customer rights towards advance purchases remain the same as for any other purchase at IF .
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which IF shall not be responsible. Please see shipping & returns notice for further information on shipment charges and delivery times.
In Order to contract with IF the customer must accept its privacy policy , must be over 18 years of age and, as applicable, be authorized to use one of the valid payment methods acceptable to IF .
IF retains the right to refuse any request made by a customer and reserves the right to close a customer's account at its sole discretion. If a customer's online purchase Order is confirmed, IF shall inform the customer by email. In case the purchased item(s) is(are) to be delivered by an inti ferreira's retailer member of the IF Alliance program, IF shall confirm the identity of the party which the customer has contracted with. Where a contract is made with a third party member of the IF Alliance program, IF is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between the customer and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply to the customer. When placing an online purchase Order, the customer undertakes that all details provided to IF are true and accurate, that customer is an authorized user of the payment method used to place the online purchase Order and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchased items. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised at inti ferreira's Web Boutique are subject to such changes.
1. The purchase contract
a) When a customer places an Order, he/she shall receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of the Order. This email shall only be an acknowledgment and shall not constitute acceptance of the Order. A contract between IF and the customer for the purchase of the items will not be made until IF has, among others, approved the customer's payment and the charged amount has been debited to the customer, through one of IF 's accepted payment means. An Order confirmation establishing the said contract between IF and the customer will be sent by email separately.
2. Price and Availability
a) While IF strives to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. When IF detects an error in the price of any Ordered item, IF shall inform the customer as soon as possible of this fact and shall provide to the customer the option to reconfirm the purchase Order upon the correct price or to cancel it. In case IF is unable to contact the customer, IF shall treat the purchase Order as canceled. In this case, should the customer cancel an already paid purchase Order, IF shall refund the customer. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs shall be charged in addition and, where applicable, clearly indicated in the total cost.
b) IF Service may contain errors such as typos or other inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Hence, IF reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. IF reserves the right to refuse fulfilling any Order that a customer may place based on erroneous or inaccurate Service information including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
3. Online Order and Payment
a) Once customer has chosen an article, customer can add it to its virtual shopping basket by clicking on "Add to cart". Customer can easily retrieve and modify the content of the shopping cart by clicking on the article name near the article image. To Order the selected articles, customer clicks on "Checkout" and follow our step-by-step Order process.
b) Customer shall be asked whether he/she wishes to place the Order and checkout with a customer account or as a guest. IF recommendation is to Order with a customer account, as this will grant various extras and benefits, for example managing an Order and contact details quickly and efficiently.
c) Customer shall be asked to provide its personal details, and to select the billing and shipping addresses, delivery, shipping method and payment information. It is possible to checkout a different billing address and to have a parcel shipped to an address of customer's choice. Note that one Order can only be delivered to one address. Except for international Orders, the invoice shall be sent to the customer via email. For international Orders an invoice shall be sent together with the package but placed outside in an envelope. IF offers as well the possibility to pick up the Ordered article(s) at the dispatch depot in The Netherlands.
d) The last step before payment provides the customer with an overview of the placed purchase Order and allows checking and amending any of the information that customer has provided. The Order will not be placed unless the button "Place Order" is pressed.
e) Once customer has successfully placed the Order and online payment option was chosen, he/she shall be immediately forwarded to a secure payment gateway displaying the options corresponding to the chosen online payment method. This payment gateway is provided and operated by the third party company Mollie.
f) Once the payment information is processed, whether payment was performed online or is deferred (eg. "bank transfer") the customer will receive an automatic receipt confirming the placement of the purchase Order via e-mail. Note that this e-mail only confirms the reception of the purchase Order. Once the purchase Order has been accepted by IF , depending on the selected shipment method, the customer shall receive a confirmation e-mail containing the applicable shipment/pick up information.
Should deferred payment (e.g. via bank transfer), not be performed within the period indicated on the Order confirmation email, the purchase Order will be automatically canceled and the corresponding article(s) put back into IF 's stock immediately after that period.
4. Order confirmation
After a purchase Order is placed and before shipment, IF verifies that: 1) the condition and quality of the Ordered article in stock is appropriate; 2) the Ordered article/size reasonable fits the body measurements indicated by the customer during the Order checkout (if applicable); 3) the payment has been approved/received; 4) the delivery and billing addresses are valid and correct When the above four steps are fulfilled, IF will send an Order confirmation email and ships the package to the customer (if applicable). If any of the steps above are not fulfilled, IF will contact the customer over telephone or email to clarify the situation and agree on a solution.
5. Order cancellation
Unless provided for under these Terms or as otherwise agreed by IF , no cancellations or changes to Orders will be accepted, and the Ordered article(s) will be delivered to the Delivery Address indicated in the Order. Customer should carefully check that his/her Order is accurate before submitting it. Customer shall, however, be entitled to return articles either under his/her right of withdraw or within the warranty period according to the shipping & returns policy
6. Promotion Codes (Coupon codes)
inti ferreira, through IF , may from time to time offer promotional discount codes (Coupon codes) which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases Orders made through this Website.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code (e.g., the validity period) shall be specified at the time of issuing.
These terms and conditions apply to all IF promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).
a) Only one promotion code can be used per purchase Order. A promotional code can't be used after an Order has been placed. Promotions cannot be accumulated.
b) Promotional discount codes can be redeemed as payment or partial payment in the shopping cart. The minimum Order value is € 30.
c) Maximum pre-discount spend limit of € 500 applies per purchase Order.
d) If the promotional code has expired, then customer should not try to use it.
e) Promotional discount codes cannot be swapped or redeemed in cash.
f) If customer has been given a promotional discount code, then only he/she can apply it when logged in to his/her inti ferreira account and for the purpose for which it was issued.
g) Customer should not pass his/her promotional code around his/her friends, or post it in a forum. He/she should keep it confidential and only use it for customer's own purchases through inti ferreira's Website.
h) Customer should look after its promotional code as no replacement shall be provided by IF . In the case that it inadvertently is lost and is used by someone else, IF shall proceed to its cancellation.
j) In case a customer breaches in any way these terms and conditions and uses the promotional discount code in a way that IF considers abusive, then IF may cancel or withdraw the promotional code at any time, and without prior notice.
